Very Grateful

My partner injured his eye and after ER visit, he needed to see a doctor for more complex follow up procedures. I️ submitted the online appointment application form (office was closed to call as it was already too late), explaining briefly what happened. I️ received the response 8 AM the next day (from Dr Friedman) advising my partner to go see a different doctor who would be more appropriate for the type of injury he had. In the email they provided all the details and explained how to get seen by a doctor (specializing in eye surgery) asap. Even though we didn’t get to visit this clinic and Dr Friedman, we are very grateful to them for providing us with all the information and help on such a timely manner! They knew the time was very important to us and acted very efficiently by referring us to the appropriate clinic!We have seen the doctor at a clinic Dr Friedman advised today, the same day.Thank you again!
